jl bgc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl bgc account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl bgc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl bgc makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
jl bgc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a regulatory or legal requirement.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending verification of the legitimacy of the balance) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.
You may close your jl bgc account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jl bgc and the player agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall limit jl bgc's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
